Didn't Mcnabb state last year that he was being criticized by blacks because he didn't play the QB position like most black QBs?
Meaning that he didn't run enough and stayed in the pocket to pass too often? He can't have it both ways.

I've always liked McNabb for how he handled the whole TO situation and the heart he showed in playing through and coming back from injuries. But if he is going to start using the race issue to try and divert attention from a subpar start, I'll lose a lot of respect for him.

Most of the time it's the reporters that stirs up this kind of stuff. You hardly ever see the black athlete himself make these remrks.

The Eagles should have stuck with Garcia. McNabb is washed up, and his playing days and winding down. He's not the top dog anymore. He's going to end up being a second string veteran.
